Every year I try to create a theme gift to give to my friends and family at Christmas. This year my theme was “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. In this well known story Scrooge undergoes a dramatic change of heart. One of his first kind deeds is to bestow a prize turkey upon the Cratchit family. And to us he sends “gold coins” to buy Christmas gifts and a bit of bubbly to ring in the New Year! "I don't know what to do!" cried Scrooge, laughing and crying in the same breath; and making a perfect Laocoön of himself with his stockings. "I am as light as a feather, I am as happy as an angel, I am as merry as a school-boy. I am as giddy as a drunken man. A merry Christmas to every-body! A happy New Year to all the world! Hallo here! Whoop! Hallo!"
